Our Pastry Chef/Baker will already be confident, through formal training and experience, in their craft to prepare and bake a variety of viennoiserie, pastry, dessert and once trained, artisan bread. This person will be trained in-house on specific artisan breadmaking skills. No prior breadmaking skills required. Apply here.
